The Dancing Dwarf is about 4 feet tall and caucasian. He has a distinctive face, with thick eyebrows and slicked back dark hair. He is clad in a burgundy velvet suit with a turtleneck sweater, similar to the garb of a lounge singer or jazz musician. He wears shiny pointed dress shoes and a gold belt.
The dwarf seems to take no notice of Vic Wolfe. When the player is near him, smooth jazz music will begin to play, and the dwarf will begin slowly dancing to it slowly, as if in a hypnotic trance. He will never stop dancing as long as Vic is nearby.
How to Locate
In the central eastern side of town at night, one of the only buildings that shows any sign of night life is a jazz nightclub called the "Red Curtains Jazz Club". The dwarf can either be found in front of this building or in the alley behind it, dancing to the music coming from inside. During the day, he is nowhere to be seen, but he generally can be found at any time from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- The dwarf is clearly an homage to the David Lynch television series Twin Peaks, specifically the character of the Man from Another Place as portrayed by Michael J. Anderson. More references to the series can be found in the alley behind the club, including a lone log, a coffee mug, and a partially eaten donut.
